Direct Guidance
Working one on one, you will have an accountability partner, some one who knows your goals and keeps you responsible for their progressive achievement. Discuss perceived restrictions and blockages and learn paradigm shifting techniques to alter these mindsets.
Receive feedback on exercise forms and general progress.

Self Management
Learn the skills required to take your health, happiness, and wealth into your own hands. We can always be there to touch up skills; and push the boundaries of what movement means to you, but we want you to be a MASTER of Self Management.
